Polar Bear went far and beyond. They took care of my air conditioning with a smile. Ms. Mckenna was such a comforting voice as she advised me that she could fix my ac and I wouldn't have to buy a new one as the company before wanted to sell me a new one. Polar Bear fixed it and I am very happy and didn't have to spend nearly as much!
